Special Project Days
Hands on Willow Park
We, at Willow Park Ecology Centre, believe that community involvement is important to the continued success of this venture. We invite those who are interested in the protection of wild animals and plants, and the places where they live, to come out and volunteer their time with us.
Volunteer days are the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month in the summer. You can drop by any time between 10am and 2pm.

We will continue to:
- plant trees and shrubs
- upkeep the pathways
- revitalize the butterfly garden
- invasive tree cutting
- selective forest management
- work on the invasive plant species
- and we often have a lunch and learn session, with a speaker or a fun activity for the whole family.
